Sean Brown is ready to hit the ground running .

He has already prepared the framework for four major bills he plans to present to Congress:

1. Universal Care Plus Act: a bill that makes universal healthcare, including mental health coverage, a reality. The bill presents a hybrid healthcare system where there's a standard public option that's fully-government funded as well as a private option for those who want to keep their private coverage or pay for additional services. This bill will also help boost consumer spending and lead to economic stability without raising taxes.

2. The Immigration Responsibility and Reformation Act: in the spirit of the 2013 "Gang of 8" bill, this bill addresses comprehensive immigration reform  to modernize and humanize the immigration system. This bill will help boost economic productivity and increase federal revenues as a result of the larger labor force.

3. The Violence Prevention & Community Safety Act: a bill designed to prevent harm before it happens by increasing access to mental healthcare, establishing a national firearm registry, and creating more community centers and after-school programs to help make our children and our neighborhoods safer.

4. Higher Education & Workforce Learning Act: a bill to provide free tuition at all public colleges and universities; community college and trade programs will also be provided at no costs. This bill aims to increase workforce readiness, reduce generational debt, and strengthen the middle class without raising taxes.
